Military diet, or how to loose 7 pounds in 3 days

Military diet.

The military diet is a quick way to loose weight and it consists in a 3-day diet, a short-term diet. During these 3 days you can only eat what the military diet requires, it is quite strict and you must do it just during those 3 days. Are you ready to try it?

Keep in mind that this diet won’t allow you to eat much, so we don’t recommend you to do physical exercise that requires a lot of effort. And drink a lot of water! Day 1

Breakfast 

1/2 grapefruit for the military diet breakfast.

  • 1/2 grapefruit.
  • 1 slice of toast.
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted peanut butter.
  • 1 cup of green tea or coffee with no milk.

Lunch

  • 1/2 tuna fish.
  • 1 slice of toast.
  • 1 cup of green tea or coffee with no milk.

Dinner

  • 80 grams of meat. You can choose the meat you wish.
  • 1 cup of green beans.
  • 1/2 banana.
  • 1 small apple.
  • 1 cup of vanilla ice cream.

Day 2

Breakfast

  • 1 egg. You can cook it the way you wish, if and when you don’t use oil.
  • 1 slice of toast.
  • 1/2 banana.

Lunch    

Crackers for the military diet.

  • 80 grams of cottage cheese.
  • 1 boiled egg.
  • 5 crackers.

Dinner

  • 80 grams of meat. You can choose the meat you wish.
  • 1 cup of brocoli.
  • 1/2 cup of carrots.
  • 1/2 banana.
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream

Day 3

Breakfast

  • 1 slice of white cheese or cheddar.
  • 1 small apple.
  • 6 crackers.

Lunch

  • 1 slice of toast.
  • 1 boiled egg.

Dinner

  • 1 cup of tuna fish.
  • 1/2 banana.
  • 1 cup of vanilla ice cream.
